Each complaint is analyzed in detail, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with the way your complaint is resolved.

We would like to point out that the easiest way to recognize good linen is by the fact that it will have characteristic knots and thickenings, and will also be very wrinkled. Therefore, knots and thickenings appearing on the material do not constitute the basis for a complaint, because it is a natural element of the material and our products are sewn from the best Polish linen.
